The City of Oakland and the State of California licenced him to grow this medical marijuana for distribution to medical patients with prescriptions to use it.

Movin' Weight does not condone the efforts of their keyboard player to "Kill Whitey"

Movin' Weight wishes to sanction Whitey and impose policy changes in the enactment of Whitey lead empowerments to keep us down but will not support violent resistance against Whitey.

"Kill Whitey" will henceforth and retroactively be reinterpreted to mean "Organize general opposition to Whitey using campaigns of public civil-disobedience and non-violent resistance."
